Prime Properties and Fish Creek Construction are involved in several land development projects. Falcon Creek near Alta, Wyoming has been developed and structured to become Teton Valley’s premier vacation second home developments. An onsite caretaker provides all the services necessary for the part time homeowner. Of the initial 24 lots,
19 have been sold. Three homes have been built and the western tone has been set.

Creekside, a commercial and residential PUD, is in the
early construction stage. Situated on 95 acres in Driggs, Creekside enjoys incredible natural beauty with Teton Creek flowing through. Highway frontage will be developed into commercial facilities, a river park along the creek will be established, and a variety of housing types will follow. Fish Creek Construction is the prime contractor for Creekside.
