Maintenance:
Suggest, cost, arrange and
supervise all required maintenance of home and
vehicles with owner approval
Reporting:
Provide weekly reports. We fax our report to you
the same day
Costs:
$250 /month plus 20% additional for all
maintenance arranged with $250 start up fee (homes
over 3500 sq. ft. fees are $300)
